Jing provided video and photo updates every day. Our cats seem to be well cared for. My wife was a little surprised that we couldn't see the house where our pets would stay. Jing wanted her privacy. We understand. Just know that you will need to drop off your pets at the curb of her house.

They kept me updated the entire time I was away! I felt at ease getting pictures/videos every day. My fur babies had a great time & I will definitely be booking again <3
