Crystal, took very good care of my animals. She sent me lots of pictures and updates.

As always, Graham is fantastic. Our dog loves him, he’s reliable, and an excellent communicator, We couldn’t be happier.

She was absolutely fantastic! As a first-time Rover user, I was a little nervous, but she made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She sent lots of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my pet was in great hands. It was clear she genuinely cared and went above and beyond. Kim is the best sitter we’ve ever had bar none. On the meet and greet she immediately fit right in, asking all the right questions to familiarize herself with my pets and household. Kim kept us pleased with pictures and updates. Besides taking care of the pets she watered plants, picked up mail, washed the sheets, tidied up the house. I so happy to have found her!
