Doggy Day Care in Thermal

Don saved us when another sitter cancelled at the last minute. We felt confident leaving our dog with him; Don clearly cared about our dog; Moby came home happy and calm. The real tell was that on day 2 Moby willingly went back to Don. Don was extremely accommodating to our schedule (such as a very llate pick up). Likewise, we were impressed how he paid attention to details of our requests and was efficient in communicating. We plan to use him again.

Christine was amazing with Toad. She clearly immediately connected with him. She was punctual, thorough, and followed my care instructions to the tee. Would highly recommend!

Michelle is fantastic. It's nerve-wracking leaving a fur baby with a sitter, but I had confidence in Michelle and my expectations were far exceeded. I highly recommend Michelle. She sent pictures throughout the day (she is a great dog photographer), made sure Harley was happy during her stay, kept her busy with walks, and had lots of playtime in the yard.

Julie is absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of my dog, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. From the very beginning, she was communicative, professional, and incredibly kind. She sent multiple updates throughout the stay, complete with adorable photos, which put my mind completely at ease. It was clear that my dog was not just being cared for but truly loved and spoiled. Every update showed a happy, relaxed pup, and when I picked my dog up, I could tell they had the best time! Julie goes above and beyond to make sure both pets and their owners feel comfortable and reassured. Brandon is GREAT, location is perfect, a large house, huge backyard, place is SUPER CLEAN, excellent neighborhood. Brandon is a professional when it comes to caring, he makes sure your pet is comfortable, their needs are met and utmost care fulfills both owners request and pets needs. Brandon makes sure he’s available to any questions and is very punctual when it comes answering calls, requests and changes. Once we arrived we made the decision to change from Day-care to overnight stay and Brandon was able to fulfill the request with just a phone call to Rover. We live quite a distance away but next we visit the desert we’ll definitely call on Brandon again for watching Luna. Thanks

We had a wonderful first time experience using Rover.com App! We found a lovely, loving caretaker for our Puppy ,Birdie. A very energetic, happy 5 month old. We found Patty thru Rover .com and I was attracted to her profile and happy smile. I signed our puppy up for 6 days so we could have some play time and not have to leave our new baby in a crate all day.. It was love at first sight. For Birdie I mean.. and eventually us,,, Patty was very kind., she has two adorable dogs of her own which made the whole visiting experience exciting and exhausting for Birdie. Both good things!! The fee for service was so worth every penny and Patty’s patience and knowledge of puppys, reassured us and gave us peace of mind to enjoy our vacation.
