Lucia has walked our golden retriever puppy a couple times now and the thing I appreciate the most of her is the videos/photos that she sends at the end of the drop-in, and the detailed updates of how our puppy is doing. We're training our puppy to focus on walks and she does a great job following our instructions and keeping up with our training. I will trust her for our puppy needs in the future :)

Cecilia was very caring and flexible with her schedule. I really appreciated that that she was able to accommodate my request to extend care several times (due to family emergency). She brought some treats and extra food since I didn't anticipate being gone so long. It was a very sweet and caring thing to do for my pets. It really helped to know that she was looking after them.
