Cynthia has been a wonderful sitter for my cat, Jack. On a recent trip of a few weeks, she has been not only doing the basics of feeding, litter box, etc. but also spending plenty of time with him. Everything at home around his care was in good shape when I returned.
Highly recommend Secret! She kept us updated everyday and left the house clean. Our cat was recently diagnosed with IBD. Secret was able to make sure he had his daily medication and cleaned up any messes promptly!
Mikayla did a great job taking care of my cats while I was away. During our meet and great she also met my dog and was very knowledgeable about behavior. Very pleased!

She recommended toys and other things that could improve their daily lives, kept my place very tidy, and was patient and helpful - even when random issues (out of our control) popped up with accessing my place when I was not there to solve it.
We reached out to Carrington to find a new local pet sitter for our Junior cat, Baby Groot! She was friendly and communicated very well.
