Kimberly is an absolute joy to work with! She recently completed a drop-in visit for my cat, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Kimberly was incredibly professional, reliable, and responsive. She replies to messages quickly and was so accommodating and flexible with scheduling, which made everything stress-free for me. At the meet and greet she took lots of notes and was very thorough, thoughtful, and professional. She clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows. And most importantly, my cat absolutely adored her! It’s clear that Kimberly has a natural gift with animals. She instantly connected with my cat, making her feel safe, loved, and cared for. She paid close attention to her needs and my detailed instructions, and I could tell my kitty was happy and relaxed when I returned.
