Highly responsive, very helpful and flexible! My high energy pup was pooped when we got home! I'm so grateful I was able to find someone to take care of my pup while I spent a night out on the town.

Pamela did an excellent job taking care of Stella while we were away. We felt very comfortable knowing Stella was in such caring and attentive hands. Pamela kept Stella happy and engaged, and Stella had a wonderful time playing with Pamela’s two dogs in the backyard and even enjoying the dog pool. It was clear that Stella felt comfortable and became very attached to Pamela and her furry friends. After coming home, Stella actually seemed a little sad, and we think she was already missing them! We truly appreciate the wonderful care Pamela gave Stella and the welcoming environment she provided. It gave us great peace of mind while we were away with our family. We would absolutely trust Pamela with Stella again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog sitter. Lihuan was great with Mickey. We got updates, photos, and videos for meals and walks. Definitely calmed my nerves since this was the first time I’ve ever had to leave him with people other than family or friends. I would bring him back for sure if we ever need a sitter again. Melody was a instant hit with our kitties - evident from the first night watchtower above fridge and the sunbathing every morning 🌞😄 she was accomodating of our jetlagged updates and sent plenty of pictures for a very pleasant experience 🙂

Judi is a gem! I couldn’t be happier with the way my dog was taken care of. The evidence of my dog’s happiness was apparent in the pictures and videos we received while on vacation and he was completely unstressed when I picked him up, which hasn’t always been the case when using Rover. In fact, I don’t think he wanted to leave! My dog’s leash and collar even looked new when I picked him up. Thanks for that! Judi is 30 minutes away from my house and even if I was hours away from her, I’d make the trip when I need a dog zen master for my next vacation. Judi, Thank you so much for taking away the normal worry we have when leaving our “best dog ever” with a sitter.

This was my family‘s first time using Rover and my husband and I needed to leave the country and our dog sitter fell through last minute. I reached out to them a couple of weeks before while I was still trying to finalize and then it wasn’t until the day before we traveled that we needed a totally new option, Marina and Anwar were available and we were so happy! we scheduled a meet and greet and they were very communicative and I could tell they were very comfortable with all dogs. It was great to see the other dogs. They were caring for as they seemed really happy and well taken care of. Throughout our one week trip, we received multiple text messages and images of our baby which helped us feel secure. When we picked him up, he was so happy and you can tell he had a great time. We will absolutely be working with Anwar and Marina again.

My first time using Rover. Everything went smoothly, and Weiran did an excellent job taking care of Teddy. Location is on the way to NYC, really convenient if one were to visit the City.

I can not say enough good things about Janine. She was so well organized and professional from the moment I brought my 5 month old puppy, Rex, to her home. After I left Rex, I received daily photos and texts updating me on how he was doing. Janine walked/ hiked with Rex twice a day and made sure he had play time with her others dogs. Janine and her daughter also worked on training. By the end of the week, they had already taught him several new skills. I was so impressed by this that I hired Janine's daughter to continue training with me and Rex. Overall, I knew Rex was in good hands while I was away! Janine is incredibly experienced in caring for dogs. I will be calling her again, next time I'm out of town.

Nancy & Toucalit took such great care of Bella while we were away for a week. The regular updates showed how happy and loved she was, and it put my mind at ease. Bella looked so comfortable and at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely trust them with her again!

Our Lola was in wonderful hands while staying with Lily! She communicated and sent pictures throughout the week. We were able to enjoy our vacation so much more knowing she was in good, loving hands and seeing how comfortable she was with Lily and her family. We can't recommend Lily enough and plan to use her services again in the future! Hands down, five stars!

We had such a great experience with Sriram watching Yogi! He sent us so many pictures and regular updates about how Yogi was doing, which really helped us feel at ease while we were away. Yogi has a sensitive stomach and very strict feeding instructions, and Sriram reassured me that he fully understood and would follow everything carefully. That gave me so much relief and allowed me to enjoy our vacation without worrying. Yogi was happy and well cared for, and we would absolutely book with Sriram again!

Nina and Tony took fantastic care of my very shy, fearful, timid dog on her first time away from home. They were patient in understanding her particular needs and accommodating my own concerns and scheduling. They helped our scaredy pup have a positive, growing experience, and it was a big relief to know my dog was in good hands!

We had left our fur baby with Hong for the week of our wedding! Even just driving up to Hongs house, our dog started wagging her tail uncontrollably. She loves it there! While we were very occupied with family and celebrations, Hong kept me and my wife in the know with how our Lylla girl was doing. Constant pictures and videos throughout the week. Hong is a true dog person, who treats our baby with the utmost love and respect. I will never have anyone else watch my pup other than Hong if given the chance 💙

I’ve never used pet boarding before, but Mary was very patient with my many questions from this anxious kitty mama. I also was able to visit the dedicated cat room, which was very nice and had everything that Mr. Knightley needed. She updated me during my trip with many photos and videos, and as I was especially concerned about how he was eating gave detailed answers on that. He seemed relaxed in the photos and videos she sent, and she was attentive about how he was doing behaviorally. I’ll be back with Mr. Knightley and my new kitten next month. Highly highly recommend Mary for cat boarding - I really trust her for providing excellent care for my cats!

Darshana is a great sitter. She really took care of our baby Luke. She kept us informed everyday about how he is doing. Sent us daily pictures and made sure we are aware of our puppy's whereabouts. Luke looks happy. Thank you for your wonderful service
