Dog Boarding in Universal City

Dexter had a great stay! Very kind family that provided lots of pictures and videos. Dexter seemed comfortable and well-attended to. Will use them again.

Kristina and her family were super sweet and our dogs were in good spirits when we returned. She sent us photos throughout our trip and was easy to communicate with and schedule drop off/pick up.

Anastasia was great as usual! Milo just loves coming back to her. She always takes care of him. Thank you very much for your help! We will see you soon!

Ducky’s second Christmas with Alex and Kate! I was totally at ease while away knowing these two are lovely with my dog. Good communication and makes scheduling drop off and pickup super convenient!

Hailey was very accommodating with timing and always tried to be flexible with my schedule, which made booking with her very hassle free. Arranging pick up and drop off times was so easy. Hailey also sent loads of pictures (something many sitters don’t do) which really put me at ease while I was away and took Bolt on walks to the park. It was overall a pleasant experience and I’d definitely book with Hailey again!

Alla was great at communicating leading up to her watching Frances and would provide updates with photos and videos throughout the weekend when I asked how things were going. I could tell when I picked up Frances that she had made a connection with her and that she had watched her with attention and care. I would absolutely let Alla watch my cat Frances again.

Molky is always happy to return to Camille’s house! Everything went well, we had pictures everyday to see how Molky is doing and what he has done. Camille is always accommodating. Thank you again!

Yulia was incredible. She went above and beyond to take care of Bear. He’s a quirky little guy and she loved him like he was her own. We will definitely be booking her again and HIGHLY recommend her services.

Vasilisa was amazing with Oli. He came back looking happy and well taken care of. She was also very accommodating with drop off and pick ups. Will definitely book her again :)

Jose and his wife were wonderful! I got updates with pictures every morning. I felt like my little dog was in great hands and I will definitely book with them again!

Angie took great care of Nico and sent many photo updates! Nico is normally anxious when away and can take a while to settle in but Angie made sure that he was comfortable and well taken care of.

Sandi is so sweet- my dog liked her right away. She has a nice back yard and took great care of my pup. I will absolutely book her again as soon as I can!

Alvin was wonderful with Greñas. We met for a meet and greet to make sure it was a good match. Greñas’ visit was cut short because he got sick but Alvin alerted me right away and even checked in on him after the visit. He was a wonderful sitter.

Nicole was such a delight and treated our little (big?) Migo like he was her own. I loved that Migo had another dog to play with and that she sent updates throughout his stay. The next time we need someone to watch Migo, we know who we’ll look up again. Thank you for making our first boarding experience so easy and pleasant. Migo came home happy and completely pooped from playing. ? Exactly how we hoped.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I had the absolute pleasure of having the AMAZING Erika and Ken watch my Carl, and it was amazing, both for him and me. I am going to preface that Carl is a high energy rescue dog that comes from a very specific behaviorist training, with a full list of specific commands and rules. I had an impromptu trip on a weekend and the normal behaviorist was unavailable to watch Carl. I reached out to Erika and Ken after seeing some great reviews. They were open for a home visit before we committed and I would always recommend making sure it's a fit with any sitter and dog. Carl took them immediately, so I knew this would be the best place for him. I was very specific with Carl's commands with them, even sending them the list and giving them a quick download in person of how it all works, and I will say they handled it all SUPERBLY. They even printed the list themselves to be prepared! Carl had an amazing weekend with them. They kept me in constant communication, and sent photos and videos all weekend which was appreciated, and when I checked in, was never left in the dark for more than a short period of time. These are incredibly sweet people that Carl adored, and I would HIGHLY recommend for any type of dog to stay there. I would definitely use them again when the time comes.

Arlo had another wonderful weekend with Hector & Brandon. My typically skiddish pup ran to them, so excited to be back at their house. While I was gone they were overly communicative and caring towards Arlo, even sending him home with toys and a sweatshirt to keep him warm through the winter months. They are absolutely wonderful and Arlo will certainly be back!

Keely was so wonderful!! I took Gus over for a meet and greet and could tell the he was very comfortable in their home immediately. While I was gone for the weekend Keely sent me tons of pictures of Gus and her dog Lumiere in the yard and snuggling in the house. I hadn’t left Gus with someone who wasn’t a family member or close friend in a very long time so that made me feel SO much better to see that he was having a great time. I definitely hope to have Keely watch Gus again in the future.

My girls had a great time with Salud! It felt like they wanted to stay with her, which is a great thing in a petsitter, especially with my clingy dogs.

Andrew was outstanding. It was clear Theo had a fun time with him over a last-minute holiday trip. More importantly, when Theo came down with a stomach bug, he got excellent, around the clock, proactive care from Andrew, who was perfect communicating with me about it. Thank you so much!
