Dog Boarding in Universal City

Stephen and David are charming, and took great care of my little Boston Terrier while I was away. They also took some excellent pics and videos of him and are excellent communicators. It was also very nice to see both greet him when I dropped him off as well come down to see him off when I came back to pick him. Truly above and beyond. I’d book them again without any hesitation.

Leah was an AMAZING sitter! She sent us so many wonderful pictures of Teddy while we were away. She was also incredibly helpful when I realized I had forgotten to put his tag on—she went completely out of her way to buy him a new one. That level of care put us at ease for the remainder of the stay. Highly recommend!!

Jinny was amazing!! This was my first time leaving my babies with someone I didn’t know & I was very nervous. Jinny came over a week before I left & spent ample time getting to know my also nervous dog. He loved her by the time she left! I had some flying troubles on the way to & back from my trip & Jinny was super flexible with extensions which took off so so much stress! She communicates well & is always easy to get in touch with- also made me feel so much more comfortable leaving them. Overall their stay was fantastic! They seemed super happy & comfortable in every picture & video she sent me. 10/10 will absolutely be reaching out to Jinny again in the future!!

Natalie is super friendly and provided excellent care for my dog. She kept me up to date regularly and I was at ease on my trip. Highly recommended

This was our second and third time having Amber board our dog. We had some last minute changes in our schedule and needed to find someone who could board our dog within a few days, and Amber came through for us. She also accommodated us when our flight landed late on the pickup date and we were late to pick up our dog. We’ve had a great experience with Amber, and will definitely be returning!

Kyle took such great care of my little guy and I can’t thank him enough! He sent me updates and photos everyday and really treated my puppy like family. He went above and beyond regarding everything and is so friendly!!! I can tell that my puppy had a good time with him and will definitely use him to watch my pup again!!

Marcelo and his wife watched my dog Bailey for 9 nights while we were on vacation, and Bailey seemed to enjoy herself. Marcelo provided daily updates and promptly answered my questions or concerns. I would definitely consider them again for our next trip!

So responsive and responsible with my dog. Sent tons of photos and was very reassured she was in the best of hands. Took her on tons of walks and my girl came back so happy! Will definitely use Barbara again!

Yulia was incredible! My husband and I went out of the country and were anxious about leaving our pup. Yulia sent daily pictures and videos which put us at ease knowing that she was well taken care of. We will absolutely be booking again!

Lily was great. She provided daily feedback and I felt like Oscar was in good hands. She was also very flexible as my travel plans changed last minute. Highly recommend.

Keely is truly the most amazing dog sitter out there. She treated my senior dog like he was her very own baby. She let him sleep in bed, bought him toys and played with him everyday. Nadège is amazing!! I had so much anxiety using rover for the first time and leaving Millie with someone new, but she calmed all of my fears and made this process easier than I could imagine. She sent me pictures and updates multiple times a day and I could tell that Millie was having the best time (especially in her backyard!) I already have her booked for another trip coming up!

AJ & Jess treat Jake special. They genuinely are caretakers and love dogs. We did a meet and greet, and I knew they would take care of our Jake. He is seven in February, our empty nest doodle. We don't leave him often, and to have found AJ and Jess is truly a gift. The daily photos, the long hikes, and the added care earned my confidence to recommend thoroughly. A million thank you’s!!! We’ll be back.
