Dog Boarding in Universal City

So responsive and responsible with my dog. Sent tons of photos and was very reassured she was in the best of hands. Took her on tons of walks and my girl came back so happy! Will definitely use Barbara again!

Alla was absolutely amazing! I have never seen Kujo happier! He had the greatest time with her and her family and her adorable dog! We will call her every time we are away from now on! We couldn’t recommend her more!!!

Monty has such a great with Nadège. She is really caring and great at communicating with us while Monty is with her. She is our first choice when we go away!

Nancy is awesome! We met ahead of time on a walk so our dogs could meet and we discussed my dogs schedule, eating habits, etc. When we did the actual DogVacay, our dogs were happy to see each other and there was a good amount of comfort so my dog didn't even notice when I walked away from the pack. Amos is such a sweet and generous dog who tried hard to assist my little guy with his separation anxiety. I'm forever grateful to Nancy and Amos for supporting my sad little guy who kept them up all night. I wish there were more sweet and patient people like Nancy in the world. Thank you SO MUCH.

Brittany did an amazing job taking care of our dog while I was away for about 2 weeks. I received daily updates and photos from their walks or playtime. She took great care of my dog and was extremely communicative. Couldn’t recommend more!

Excellent experience. Our dog sitter of several years had to immediately close his business due to illness. We were panicked to find another sitter before we left for a 2week trip. After arranging some meet and greets to find a new sitter, we were thrilled and relieved to find a kind and caring person in Dione who has such a calm demeanor. We were very comfortable boarding our dog, Milo, with him for 10 days. Happy Milo had the company of Dione’s dog Shadow for his entire stay, a built-in buddy! No issues whatsoever. Milo was happy and healthy when we picked him up. Thankful to have found our new sitter in Dione!

Aimee and her husband were wonderful sitters for our energetic, one year-old golden retriever! And their dog Toby was a perfect companion for her energy. Grateful for the wonderful meet and greet, fantastic communication, and photos while we were gone. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time leaving our pup with Lily. Communication was minimal at first and required me to reach out and set clear expectations. Once I did, she followed through on the basics (two messages and two photos a day) but updates were brief and she didn't go above and beyond. The care itself seemed pretty good. If you're someone who likes detailed updates and frequent photos, you may want to communicate that upfront.

Victoria was communicative sending daily photos of my pups walks and her foods. She was safe and happy with Victoria, and I’d recommend her again.

Willow felt right at home with Jack. Jack was very communicative and nice. We did a meet and greet beforehand and during the stay he sent us a lot of photos and video. We could tell Willow was in such good hands!

Julie is by far the best sitter I’ve ever had for any my dogs!!!! She is extremely attentive and loving…. So many videos and pictures, as well as daily updates on my puppy’s adventures all throughout the day, every day. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a sitter before - she truly exceeded all expectations. Julie goes above and beyond to show you how good of hands your dog is in. Would recommend to everyone! Will be leaving my dog with Julie again whenever I need a sitter. HIGHLY recommend! 10/10!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Bertha while she took care of our dog, Minnie. Bertha was incredibly caring and attentive, and made sure Minnie felt comfortable and loved the whole time. We received regular updates and could tell Minnie was in great hands. It gave us total peace of mind, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Bertha again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. We contacted Nicole with very short notice. Visiting from out of town. Needed a friendly place for our pup while we spent a long day at Universal Studios. It was long day (longer than daycare but shorter than boarding). We dropped off and picked up later than planned and Nicole stayed flexible with our schedule. Her experience was evident as she took care to onboard us quickly and ask all the right questions. She was very communicative throughout the day. Pup had a great day with Nicole, her pets, and family. Would definitely hire her again if the opportunity arises.

This family is great. This is my 3rd time using them to care for our Legend. We were out of the country for 2 weeks. They kept us updated with messages & pictures. They took good care of him during the 4th of July fireworks. Thanks again.

Irina and her family were WONDERFUl! I would give ten stars if I could. My dog can be a little shy but he immediately felt comfortable with Irina. She sent so many cute photos and kept me updated the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone and will 100% use her again. Thank you, Irina!
