Dog Boarding in Val Verde

Ilona did a wonderful job caring for our dog. She even gave our stinky kid a bath and catered to her needs and sent an appropriate amount of photos and updates to assure me pur pup was happy. I appreciated being able to disconnect without worry.

Skylar was excellent. She was easy to communicate with, sent pictures every day, and was so kind with our dogs. I would definitely have her watch my dogs again.

We had just gotten our puppy a month ago and had had a Disneyland trip already planned and were going to cancel it, but then I heard about Rover on the tv so I thought I would give it a try and I am so glad that we did. Nicole was amazing, she came to our house to meet Haley, our puppy, before we went on the trip and right away I felt completely comfortable leaving Haley with her. She assured me that she would be fine and that we could text and send pictures while we were away. It was nice being on our trip and getting a text saying that Haley was fine and then seeing the pictures made me feel so much better about being away from her. We picked Haley up a couple of days later and she seemed perfectly happy!! Nicole and her husband are great people and I would totally recommend them!! Thanks Nicole :)

Another amazing visit to Fiona‘s house. Teddy had a wonderful time and was well taken care of. He had lots of walks and playtime with Fiona’s family. Thank you again for all the love and care you gave him.

JJ was excellent. She kept me updated on my dog Ame daily and sent numerous pictures and videos. Ame seemed to be relaxed and enjoyed her stay despite usually suffering from anxiety. Highly recommend.

You were incredibly accommodating on such short notice and even waited for me during an unexpected car battery issue, which I truly appreciated. Vago is still in training and can be a handful, but you were so patient and caring with him. I loved receiving all the pictures and updates—it gave me so much peace of mind. It’s not easy finding someone who can handle a Frenchie, and you did an amazing job. I would definitely book with you again!

Thankful for Susana for taking good care of our 10 month old labradoodle for the weekend. She sends us updates and pictures on how Koya is doing which makes us feel at ease.

tina took care of my dog for two weeks and i’m very satisfied! she provided lots of activities for my dog (puzzles, pack walks, fetch, etc). and she sends me daily updates. i felt really at ease knowing that my dog rocky is well taken care of. she even provided hand made crate cushions for my dog, that was really sweet of her. ❤️ i can’t thank her enough for taking care of my rocky. she’s a gem!! would definitely use her services again!

Aimee did a great Job with Callaway! She kept us updated throughout Callaway’s stay which made us feel more at ease as this was our first time using Rover or any type of dog sitting for our girl. Aimee was communicative and very sweet with Callaway. We are so grateful!

This is the second time Tiffany has taken care of my dog, and Im really happy. Since we parked in front of her house, my dog goes straight to her door, he’s ready to stay with her and her family. She always answer me an give me updates.

Alexis and Melisa were wonderful dog sitters for my dog, Odessa. They kept me updated regularly with texts and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. They were incredibly gentle, playful, and genuinely caring with my small dog. Odessa was taken on regular walks, given her meals on schedule, enjoyed plenty of playtime, and was even held on their lap for comfort. She got along beautifully with their baby, which was so sweet to see. When we picked her up, Odessa was cozy, content, and clearly very happy—such a great sign. All of her needs were fully taken care of, and she was provided a safe, loving environment. They also have a backyard, so she was able to spend time outdoors under their supervision. Alexis and Melisa are a very sweet couple, and I would absolutely choose them again in the future whenever dog sitting is needed.

We boarded our 1 year old, very spoiled and honestly a handful with Kevin. It was 100% a good experience, from the meet and greet to the final pick up. We are very grateful to him because he and his family obviously took very good care of our fur baby. The pup was reluctant and shy for a couple of days but we were assured every step of the way by Kevins frequent texts and photos! The pup came away happy and healthy and thats exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Kevin if you are looking for an experienced and conscientious sitter. I hope to be able to book with him again whenever we are going away. Thank you.

Anh and William were fantastic! They were able to watch our pup Brody at the last minute, were extremely communicative, ensured he was well taken care of, and sent loads of pics! I felt completely at ease leaving him in their care and would absolutely book again!

Loved, loved, loved the way Chengcheng took care of my pup Gigi! I was so nervous leaving her but felt reassured that Gigi would be in good hands. Chengcheng would send me daily pictures and updates about Gigi and responded quickly when I would reach out. Highly recommend Chengcheng. I know we’ll definitely use her services in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs received this past weekend! Kristen was attentive, caring, and kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. Brian was absolutely great with my cat Gus! He put me completely at ease with sending me updates and the cutest pictures several times a day, and FaceTime too! He played with him and gave him a lot of attention. I definitely would use him again!
