Cat Sitting in Valle Vista

Johana was wonderful! She kept me updated throughout my time away. Even got my 6 month old cat to come out and play. I'm extremely happy with her service and will absolutely try to book her again whenever i must be away from my fur baby.

Karina was amazing. This booking was my first time using River.com and the experience has been incredible. Karina came in each day, sent pictures and updates of my two little cats. She spent time with them and although they are shy cats, they befriended her. I am grateful to have found a pet sitter that we love and trust. It will definitely make it easier when I do have to leave them.

Janelle was awesome! Great feedback each day for our 30 minute check-ins with our 3 kitties. We have a very skittish one she made sure was ok even when he hid under the bed the whole time she was here. Even asked about a few things that were unexpected during her visits. Overall very pleased and if we ever need a cat sitter again will totally be using Janelle!

As a recent transplant to Houston, I was initially nervous about leaving my two senior cats, Gucci and Kallie, in the care of someone new—especially since they needed to stay in their home environment. However, Daniel was incredibly kind and accommodating, even arranging a meet-and-greet before his stay, which put me at ease. His genuine care was evident in the frequent photo updates and thoughtful reports on both the good moments and any concerns that arose during my two-month trip overseas. He took one of my cats to my vet as she had developed a concern that needed medical attention and administered the meds needed. I am so grateful that Abby was able to take care of Goose for the week. I had no problems with communication. She was attentive to all of his needs and was quick to update me in all matters regarding Goose. I could tell she truly cares about animals; her and her entire family made him feel really welcomed and loved. I would definitely reach out again!
