Charlene had great, timely communication and was very thorough. My cat was so happy to have her company while I was away and the house was very clean when I got home.

Karen was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Dogen! From the moment we met her, it was clear she genuinely loves and understands dogs, and that gave us immediate peace of mind. We really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away—Dogen looked happy and well cared for the whole time. When we got back, he was relaxed and clearly had a great experience. It’s not easy to leave your pet with someone else, but Karen made the entire experience stress-free. Trevor was wonderful with our two dogs. He had an immediate connection with them and the dogs snuggled up to him on their first meeting. I was able to totally relax knowing Trevor was taking care of them.

We love Carissa and so do our fur babies. She takes wonderful care of our babies. She even took our puppy to the vet for us when he reopened his surgical site. She always goes above and beyond and we are lucky to have her.
