I recently had the pleasure of hiring Patty through Rover to care for my two dogs—Ozzy (a Corgi) and Minnie (a Chihuahua)—while I was out of town with my family for a few days. Patty came to my home 2–3 times a day over a span of 4 days, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond in every possible way. From the start, Patty put my mind completely at ease. She is not only highly professional, but also warm, trustworthy, and clearly experienced with animals. Both of my dogs require a lot of attention and affection—what I call “me-time” from the perspective of the dogs—and Patty stepped right into that role with compassion and enthusiasm. Whether it was cleaning up the occasional accident, playing fetch with Ozzy, or making sure Minnie got her snuggles in, Patty made sure their needs were met with genuine care. What really stood out were the thoughtful updates she provided while I was away. Her communication was excellent, which made being away from my pets much less stressful. It’s rare to find someone who not only takes care of your animals but treats them like her own. I initially reached out to Patty after reading her glowing reviews, and now I’m proud to be writing one myself. If you’re reading this and considering booking her—take this seriously. We always have peace of mind when Vanessa is caring for our kitty. Kumiko is shy but she took a liking to Vanessa, and we’re grateful for all the pics she sends! Always prompt and reliable.

I cannot say how happy I am with the level of care Arianna provided me and my doggo, Groot! This was my first experience using Rover. Because this was my first time leaving my boy for any amount of time, I sifted through multiple profiles and read each review section carefully. Arianna immediately stuck out with the amount of return customers and positive reviews. Arianna cared for Groot for almost 3 days as if he were her own. She was consistent with communication, provided photos and videos and provided detailed Rover report cards on her visits. Arianna also made an additional trip to make a key exchange the following day, which I greatly appreciate. She kept me updated-- down to the number of treats she gave him. I can give Carola a 10-star if I could.😊But since rating only goes up to 5-star, then I am forced yo give her that. She is an exceptional pet sitter. So good beyond words can describe. Her services are exceptional and in our case, went beyond pet sitting. My family so appreciated everything she did to make sure that Harmony feels comfortable and not abandoned while we were away on our vacation. She will be our go-to pet sitter from now on. I asked my friends Tiffany and Michael if they knew a trusted person to help us watch our little guys while we made a trip out of town and they referred Victoria! I couldn’t have been happier knowing someone who loves animals like us and who is just so kind could leave us at perfect ease knowing our boys are being watched over with such kindness and care!!! Rebecca is a great dog sitter! Our two dogs (Abby & Bella) were very well taken care of while we went on our trip. We have only had family & friends watch our pups before so trusting a stranger was a huge deal for us, but she did an amazing job!! We will definitely be using her again in the future ?

Lolita helped us with drop-in visits to feed our 2 cats while we were away for a long weekend. She was very communicative, sent updates and photos - made us feel like they were in such good hands! Definitely recommend and would request her again!

Laura watched our house of cats twice now and she has been extremely responsive, detailed, and reliable. We have some cats with extra needs and Laura had no problem learning our routines and making sure they were taken care of.
