I recently had the pleasure of hiring Patty through Rover to care for my two dogs—Ozzy (a Corgi) and Minnie (a Chihuahua)—while I was out of town with my family for a few days. Patty came to my home 2–3 times a day over a span of 4 days, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond in every possible way. From the start, Patty put my mind completely at ease. She is not only highly professional, but also warm, trustworthy, and clearly experienced with animals. Both of my dogs require a lot of attention and affection—what I call “me-time” from the perspective of the dogs—and Patty stepped right into that role with compassion and enthusiasm. Whether it was cleaning up the occasional accident, playing fetch with Ozzy, or making sure Minnie got her snuggles in, Patty made sure their needs were met with genuine care. What really stood out were the thoughtful updates she provided while I was away. Her communication was excellent, which made being away from my pets much less stressful. It’s rare to find someone who not only takes care of your animals but treats them like her own. I initially reached out to Patty after reading her glowing reviews, and now I’m proud to be writing one myself. If you’re reading this and considering booking her—take this seriously. Vanessa was so very great with our dog Bella. This was our very first use of Rover and we believe we hit the jackpot with Vanessa. Our dog Bella is very vocal and untrusting of strangers.0n a meet and greet we scheduled, it was quite evident that Vanessa knows various dog behaviors. In a relatively short period of time Bella was becoming very comfortable with her. Vanessa is prompt and a great communicator. We were several time zones away and when we awoke we found great reports. I think it is obvious we highly recommend her and can now plan confidently more vacations knowing our Bella will be well cared for in the future.

Jacob was available for us last minute. We really appreciate that. He was punctual with the visits. Also communicated with us as needed. We thank you Jacob. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our first Rover-assisted trip away with a Rover aide! Arianna was very good! Good communication, good prep visits before. Our three pup/cat crew had a move immediately after this trip, so awesome to receive responsible, consistent assistance! Highly recommend Arianna, would like to use again when we travel if she's open in hee very busy schedule!

Rebecca is a great dog sitter! Our two dogs (Abby & Bella) were very well taken care of while we went on our trip. We have only had family & friends watch our pups before so trusting a stranger was a huge deal for us, but she did an amazing job!! We will definitely be using her again in the future ?
