Joyce is great with lucky! She took the time to get to know lucky beforehand and make sure it was a good fit, she is very accommodating with pick up and drop off, which is suuuper helpful. So happy it was good match for all three of us :) Will definitely keep using her for luckys long walks, since he’s definitely warmed up to her!

Maybe the best walker on Rover! Our dog can be wary of strangers but loves Joey. She's very communicative, always on time, send great pictures, and is clearly very attentive to our dog's health. We were gone for a week and never worried with Joey walking him while we were gone.

Mikele has been absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend her enough. From day one, she’s been reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. She always arrives when she says she will, provides detailed updates after every walk, and shares plenty of photos, so I never have to wonder how Ghost is doing. The level of communication and care she provides gives me complete peace of mind. What really stands out is how much she truly cares about the dogs she works with. She talks to Ghost, pays attention to his personality and needs, and treats him like he’s her own. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her, she genuinely loves animals. I’ve never had a single issue, and I trust her completely. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, thoughtful, and will care for your pet as if they were family, Mikele is the one. I highly, highly recommend her!

Lala is absolutely phenomenal! We met for our meet and greet and walked around my neighborhood for an hour discussing Zuma’s habits, triggers, quirks, commands, allergies, etc. Zuma immediately loved her. Lala asked all the right questions and had great recommendations for calming Zuma and retraining him for city life. Lala talked about her positive reinforcement methods and the safety measures she takes when walking/boarding. On short notice few days later, I booked Lala for a mid-day walk and when she went above and beyond. Zuma was shaking and so nervous since I wasn’t home, but Lala grab treats, practiced coming in/out, and spent extra time sitting with him until he got reacquainted with her to ensure she and Zuma both felt safe and comfortable before heading out for the walk. Afterwards, Lala sent a detailed message about Zuma’s behavior pre-walk, during walk, and after walk. During the entire process, Lala made sure we were in constant communication, sent many pictures, and did everything she could to ensure a positive experience for everyone. I will absolutely be booking Lala again.

Jesse did great with my dog Riley and we will be using him regularly for walks and boarding. He is prompt and very responsive with scheduling requests which is so appreciated, and he is detail oriented and obviously has a clear love for dogs. We highly recommend him!

Sally is awesome! Super reliable, easy to communicate with, Ghobi is always excited to see her and always comes home happy and tired.
