She took the time to help our dog feel comfortable, and we were so impressed with how quickly trust developed. Olivia is doing a phenomenal job with my dog. He adores her and is eagerly waiting for his walks every day. She has consistently provided detailed notes about how his walk went and who they ran into. She also flags anything that is unusual in his routine and includes a series of cute pictures on all his rover cards. Thus far, she has been a great communicator, flexible, and reliable.
