Connie was phenomenal. My Biscuit looked sooo happy in all the pictures she sent me. I could tell he was comfortable and being well taken care of. Connies communication was consistent and nurturing. We’re so happy we were able to find Jane on Rover. She’s amazing with our fiesty Chihuahua Keilani. Keilani doesn’t warm up to anyone, but our immediate family members and will often nip strangers. With Jane’s calm demeanor unbothered by Keilani’s initial behavior they were best friends within days. Seeing all the pictures throughout our trips of her being loved is priceless. We worried we would never find a sitter for her and now we feel good about leaving her.

Jing was extremely responsive and helped to put my mind at ease as I had been super anxious about being away from my old man pup. I received photos and short videos throughout the day plus updates on the day’s activities which included lots of snuggle time. Jing managed medications and prescription diet plus belly band changes as old pups can sometimes dribble a little bit. I’m incredibly grateful for the love and care Coconut received. Thanks Jing!

This is the second time I’ve used Eric to board Alfred and I’ve been highly satisfied both times. Courteous, safe, and he gets lots of outside time. Eric is my preferred dog sitter now. Thank you!

Yuan Yuan is very fast in response to text/email and she can take a last minutes home stay for Hercules. She sent us videos for Hercules and Hercules seems like it staying with her.

We’re glad Star is back. We’ e been boarding our fur baby with Star for a few years now. She’s very accomodating and her parents are dog lovers as well. Choco always comes home from Star like the day we left him. Not tired and lethargic when we leave him with other sitters.

We had an amazing experience with our dog sitter, Oi, during our recent trip to San Diego. From the moment we dropped off Kupo and Teddy, we knew they were in great hands. Oi was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. When we picked them up, both dogs were not only happy and relaxed, but they also looked and smelled fantastic—Oi had given them a bath, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise! It’s clear she truly cares for the pets she looks after. We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Rika took exceptional care of our pup Murphy, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. From the moment we dropped him off, she treated him like he was her own, giving him so much love, attention, and care. Throughout his stay, Rika kept us updated with thoughtful messages about how he was doing—how he was eating, sleeping, playing, and enjoying his day. She also sent plenty of adorable pictures, which gave us such peace of mind and let us see how happy and comfortable Murphy was. It was clear that Murphy was in the best hands, and we are so grateful for the kindness and dedication Rika showed him. Angelica is the Most wonderful, caring, professional and thoughtful and loving pet sitter I’ve ever encountered. She made my Charlie and me so confident that he was receiving the best care ever.

I left my 1 yr old with two other places before finding Arthur. He’s farther for me but my girl was comfortable there. I could tell because Arthur sent many videos and pictures throughout the day and from her napping positions and just her overall demeanor, I could tell she was relaxed and having fun with Arthur’s dogs. The house is clean and Arthur has an easy going demeanor and energy. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that she was in good hands.

Robbie was amazing with our Benni, who came from a shelter and doesn’t sleep in crates. He surprised us when he stayed with Robbie because he did so many things we didn’t know he could. A huge plus that Robbie is a seasoned dog trainer and knows how to handle all types of dogs. Thanks, Robbie!
