Dog Boarding in West Hills

Kiyarash was a great dog sitter for our 3 year old golden :) He communicated well and we appreciated his flexibility on our last minute booking. She stayed for the weekend and Kiyarash made it very easy for us throughout the whole process.

Mariia was amazing!! This was my first time boarding my pup angus and she was so kind and set my mind at ease. She sent me updates everyday multiple times a day and made sure angus was happy, comfortable and well cared for while I was away. I can’t thank her enough for being so good to my little guy. Will definitely be booking with her again!

Shahrzad took great care of my dog and kept me updated throughout the days. She’s professional and kind. I will definitely use her services again!

Abby had a wonderful stay and can't stop talking about her time with Kalani and Tomoko. She's excited to be going back in just a few weeks. Great videos went sent often and I felt secure knowing that my pup was in great and caring hands!

Silvana is a genuinely nice person and she knows a lot about caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. Her house is clean and the clean backyard is a good size for multiple dogs to play around. Our pup returned home happy, healthy, tired, and without any bad habits. Silvana communicated well and sent pics. You can trust that she has your pups best interest in mind!

Good communication and lots of love for my cat

They are lovable and I was comfortable leaving my dog with them. They updated how my dog was doing with pictures and videos and answered any questions I had. My dog seemed very happy with them.

We had the most wonderful experience with April and her family taking care of Wrigley!! They truly went above and beyond in every way. We received ample photos and videos throughout the day, along with thoughtful updates on his feeding schedule, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we picked him up, April surprised us with a beautifully printed photo collage—such a special and thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. Wrigley got plenty of exercise, LOTS of love, and clearly felt comfortable and happy in their care. April was incredibly sweet, communicative, and attentive. We could not have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be using her again. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Mariia is amazing! She always takes such great care of Onyx, I don’t feel bad leaving him anymore. She is also so flexible which is wonderful. I got delayed due to East Coast weather and couldn’t make it back in time for pick up and she was so understanding. This was our second time using them, and once again they were absolutely incredible! They truly care for your pet as if it were their own, which gives us complete peace of mind while we're away. One thing we especially appreciate is that they send regular updates and photos throughout the day, so we always know how our pet is doing and can see how happy and well cared for they are. Armando is a compassionate, patient, and involved sitter. He took excellent attentive care of our two dogs (1 large, 1 small) while we were away. He'll also communicate as much or as little as you'd like- you decide! We loved getting photo and video updates. Thanks Armando for the peace of mind you provided while we were away.

Susan took great care of my little dog, Smalls, for a couple of days when I was out of town. She graciously coordinated with my mom for us, took smalls out on a nature walk and even gave some training tips when we picked him up- all very much appreciated! Smalls was happy to make new friends with Susan and her little dog. We are very happy to have found and be able to work with Susan. The whole family agrees, Susan was great!

Our German shepherd has stayed with Stanislava & Mario countless times, but this was by far the longest he’s ever been away from home. He stayed with them for 2 weeks & not once did I have to wonder or worry if he was okay. They always treat him like one of their own. They send lots of love photos & videos daily to keep you updated on your baby. Our dog also has a disability that makes it difficult to take him on walks so we told them not to worry about taking him. They felt bad he didn’t go on to walks, so they went out of their way to take him regardless of the inconvenience. If that doesn’t show their genuine care for the dogs they watch, idk what does! There’s not enough words to express my gratitude to them & my thankfulness that I found them on Rover! If I could give a million stars I would!

My dog is old, blind, and has medications, but Teresa still agreed to care for him during our 5-day trip. I am very grateful to Teresa for being so kind, caring, and patient with Jackjack!

Patricia was amazing with our older dog. Sage is also on a special diet because she doesn’t have teeth. Everything was very easy. Patricia gave updates often and sent us very cute pictures. Overall we’re extremely satisfied and will definitely contact Patricia again!
