Kate was exceptional, so sweet and she treated our two dogs with love and care. We received daily updates and pictures, giving us reassurance, this was greatly appreciated as it was the first time leaving our fur babies alone and using Rover and not leaving them with family. Esmerilda is great! I have a super shy skittish 60# cattle dog who she has been working w/ fabulously. She definitely has a way w/ animals and was willing to work w/ Bow, which I appreciated. I recommend!
