Courtney was wonderful with Okie! Okie is a grumpy old lady who doesn’t warm up to everyone, but Courtney made her feel comfortable and cared for during her drop-in visits. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly took the time to understand Okie’s personality. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands.
