Laura was a life saver! Our other Rover changed our booking the day after we dropped our dog off and pretty much abandoned her dog in our back yard. I was able to book Laura for an hour visit that day since we wouldn't be able to have a friend there till night. Tiger obviously had fun and I appreciate all the pictures and description of the visit Laura provided.

Jenna was great with my kitties! Even got my shy cat to come out and interact when she usually hides away from pet sitters!

Very pleased with Jack’s care for my cats. His updates were detailed which provided such a peace of mind while I’m halfway across the country. He made the most of the visits by playing and socializing with them, giving them the enrichment they needed.

We have a notoriously unfriendly cat (she is sooo sweet to us but just can’t handle strangers) so we were scared of how she would react to a new pet sitter. However, during the meet and greet Grant was able to approach our cat and she tolerated it which was a great sign! Grant continued to impress us by interacting with our cat the entire week we were gone. He was never late, always stayed and played for the full 30 minutes and even cleaned up cat puke. We are extremely satisfied with his service and he will definitely be our go to cat sitter moving forward.

Megan did a great job checking on our cat Onyx again. She even cleaned up after him when he threw up before her first check in and she responded really quickly when I asked her a question about something after we got home.

Mikeyla was awesome - I contacted her on short notice and she did great with Koda. He is very shy and timid, but Mikeyla was able to get him out of his kennel to go outside to the bathroom. I will definitely contact her again. Thank you.

Becky has been absolutely wonderful with our two cats! She’s reliable, communicative, and we always feel at ease knowing they’re in such good hands.
