Katie did a great job by asking questions and clarifying preferences. I could tell the boys loved their walk with her. She was very informative about the Rover app since I’m a first-timer and put me at ease about taking care of the boys. Will definitely book again!

Lori lives up to her reputation! This was my first Rover experience, and she made sure it was a good one. She offered to meet my dog prior to our first scheduled walk, she was flexible with time slots (I have a newborn and was unsure of what time would work best), and she generously offered to walk my dog for an additional :30 at no charge.
