Melissa was absolutely AMAZING! She helped us out for several days while in town for a wedding at the Surf Hotel. She was SO easy to work with - incredibly sweet, friendly, professional and responsive. She didn’t miss a beat even delivering our pup back to the hotel in time for Harley to take a stroll down the aisle at the wedding…charming all the guests of course! Catherine was highly responsive and gave great updates about Atlas. I felt very comfortable with him in her care, and it was our first pet sitting / boarding experience! I loved knowing that Atlas was nurtured and having fun while I was away.
