Great first Rover experience! Ashlee took time to let our dog get comfortable meeting her the first time and communicated the entire visit.

Betsy did a great job with my 2 dogs! One is a 9 month old puppy with tons of energy and she was awesome walking her along with my 5yr old dog. She communicated well and took lots of great pictures each walk.

They were able to accommodate us on short notice and even came by ahead of time for a meet‑and‑greet and key pickup, which I really appreciated. Denali is an LGD, so trust and temperament matter a lot — and he instantly loved them. That alone speaks volumes. We got great photos and updates after each walk, and Denali came back happy, calm, and well‑exercised both days. Everything was handled professionally and with real care.
