Otelia was such a great Rover! I had such an easy experience. She is very communicative which helped alleviate any anxiety I felt about leaving my kitty. She even left me a handwritten note at the end!

Love booking Victoria when I go out of town! She takes care of my cat, Baby, very well as she needs eye drops for her medical condition.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Leandra! She was professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about animals. She followed all the instructions I provided and I received regular updates including text messages and photos which really put my mind at ease. Zak was truly wonderful! Super responsive, quick to reply, and provided updates throughout my trip. I was abroad during -17° temperatures and he even did a second visit to my place for the day during the night to make sure the heat was working for my cat and that my pipes weren’t frozen. I didn’t have internet access while away so this was all without my asking. I highly recommend him and would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!
