While we were away, she went above and beyond by helping to problem-solve an unexpected house issue and keeping us informed, which gave us so much peace of mind. We felt completely confident leaving our cat in her care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. She consistently goes above and beyond—on one occasion even picking up treats when I ran out, which meant I came home to a very happy (and very spoiled) cat. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares. It’s clear she loves what she does, and more importantly, she truly loves my cat—and the feeling is mutual. He’s completely comfortable with her, which says everything. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he’s in such thoughtful, attentive hands. Highly recommend.
