Shelby provided excellent care for our cat while we were gone. She's extremely reliable and responsive in communications. Shelby went above and beyond to win over and spend time with Kiwi, who was not being very outgoing. We really appreciated the peace of mind knowing how seriously Shelby took Kiwi's care. We would definitely want to ask her again to care for our cat.

First time using Rover, and Janelle was excellent! We set up a meet and greet with our two cats so they could meet prior to drop ins and know where everything was. The cats definitely enjoyed having a fellow cat person come in to show them some love and make sure they were comfortable. Definitely booking Janelle for future visits when we need someone!

Gayle went above and beyond. Besides making me feel confident Mike was getting excellent care while I was gone, she also brought in my newspapers (I would have suspended delivery but I live for the NYT crossword puzzle) and a delivery from Grateful Dead Merchandising of the 2026 vinyl reissue of 1976's Steal Your Face. After I got home around midnight, and Mike finally verified who I was he told me to give Gayle seven stars.

Malinda was great with our kitties and a fantastic pet sitter! She was very communicative and gave us detailed updates with each visit, accompanied by tons of photos. I had mentioned an extra bowl of water in our convo and my notes, but it got put away before she arrived. She remembered this detail and got an extra bowl out for the kitties. I will absolutely have Malinda back to watch our kitties every time we are gone!

Matthew was amazing! We could tell that he took good care of our girls while we were away and even stayed longer on some visits to give them some extra love. Going forward, Matthew will be our go to sitter.

Joni was wonderful and went above and beyond when taking care of our cat! She was extremely responsive and professional! We would definitely recommend her for any pet sitting!

Daniella did a fantastic job dropping in and watching one of my dogs while I was away. I’ll definitely book again the next time I need someone to watch my dogs!

Elaine was extremely helpful! I sprained my ankle moving and last minute needed help. She was very accommodating and treated Stella as if she was her own. She was very communicative and sent me a message any time she had a question. Definitely recommend booking with her and will be booking with her again!

Olivia was awesome. Our dog can be very anxious when we go out of town, she did a great job of making sure he was taken care of while we were gone. We could not be happier with our experience.
