Eric was beyond a 5 star! I have two Maine Coons who are essentially “ dog-like” personalities, in other words are needy ( in a good way)! Both boys were well taken care of with their physical needs but emotionally too! We got pictures every visit! Such a wonderful gift to us! There is nothing but praise for Eric! Victoria and Taylor watched my two cats while I was out of town for six days and they did an amazing job. You can tell when you meet them that they are both animal lovers and they are both very personable. I received daily updates and pictures and I knew my cats were in good hands. I cannot praise Caitlyn enough. She goes above and beyond to make sure our kitty is taken care of. Her flight was greatly delayed on her first day of taking care of Rico, and she took care of him close to midnight! She's not only responsible but also very caring. When we arrived at home, it was very obvious he'd been well taken care of. Caitlyn is definitely my go to person for Rico.

Ken is a true caretaker of animals. He is very attentive to our dogs and cat and we always know they are in good hands. Our cat is diabetic and Ken has been amazing taking care of him with shots needed twice a day, etc.
Jamie was great! Very communicative and very nice. She always sent photos of Louis and he was clearly very happy and healthy when we got home!
