Doggy Day Care in New Castle

Suzanne was so pleasant and our dog was excited when we pulled up to her house after only 1 day of her care. We had some unusual hours that we asked Suzanne to accommodate and she was so willing to make those work. She was always very responsive when I sent her a message. This was our first Rover experience and it went perfectly thanks to Suzanne. We definitely recommend her.

Did a good job with our pups. She took them on 2 walks and sent pictures.

Great and professional caretakers for dogs right by Glenwood Caverns. They also took Robin on a walk and included that in their price. Robin also enjoyed their back yard and play area.

Teresa watched my dog on short notice, made her feel right at home, sent me pictures, was wonderful to work with, I will absolutely have her dog-sit again.

Andrea was great! She was v accommodating to an adjusted pick up time and would regularly check in w me during the day while providing photos. Andrea was v nice from start to finish and being v communicative. Charro, my dog, didn’t hesitate to leave w her as soon as we dropped him off and it made it easy knowing that he felt comfortable w a stranger. I am overall v happy that Andrea was able to care for my dog 😊

Nicole is responsive, professional, and super sweet. She sent pictures of Scully throughout the day and took her for a nice hike. She was so happy when we came to pick her up. Will be using Nicole again!

It was a last-minute babysitting reservation, 30 minute after my request Lu answer. Everything was smooth easy . Pancho had an amazing time. I can tell by the pictures.

Really appreciate Monica doing a meet and greet with Tula the day before. She was great to communicate with, and Tula did well with her. She seemed happy and not stressed when I picked her up.

Thank you for being so attentive and loving with my boy! I’ve already booked Bogey’s next visit, and looking forward to more this summer :)

I was in a pinch and incredibly grateful to have found Katie. She and Doug were warm, accommodating, and kind. They took exceptional care of my Labradoodle from 7 am to 8 pm. Katie is highly responsive to questions and provides timely updates about my furry friend. I will undoubtedly book Katie's services again in the future.
