Lisa was amazing. She came for a meet and greet and made sure Coop was comfortable so that when she came the next time he wouldn’t be scared. Lisa clearly has a genuine interest in taking good care of our furry child! She pays attention to his demeanor on the walk and shares lots of pictures.
