Krista was great with my two cats. She sent a lot of pictures and followed all instructions I left. The boys were happy and calm when I got home so she must have given them plenty of attention and good care. She also went above and beyond and made an extra trip to my apartment one day because the lockbox was frozen shut in the morning one day so she couldn't get in until later.
