This was my first experience using Rover, and to be honest, I was initially worried. After asking a couple of pet sitters, I believe I made the best decision in choosing Amaya. I had the pleasure of having Amaya take care of my beloved cat, Baloo, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and dedication she provided. She consistently updated me with detailed messages, keeping me informed about Baloo's meals, water refreshments, litter box cleaning, and even the extra effort to engage him in play and brushing. What truly stood out was Amaya's patience and understanding of Baloo's shy nature. She took the time to let him come out and get used to her presence on his own terms, resulting in heartwarming progress. The updates she provided, such as Baloo coming out for pets and brushing, truly reflect her commitment to creating a comfortable and trusting environment for him. Amaya demonstrated not only professionalism but also genuine care and affection towards Baloo. Her efforts to make each visit a positive experience for him were evident, and I'm grateful for the progress she achieved in getting him to warm up.
