This was my first time ever using Rover. Usually I go with family but I couldn't do it this time. Karinna and I did a meet and greet before my trip where I introduced her to my cats and gave her the rundown of what they would need. She was super friendly and very understanding. Once the trip came, she did everything she was expected and then some! I got daily updates and pictures and my antisocial little kitties even warmed up to her which made me so happy. She even unexpectedly cleaned up the cat dishes I had left for them which is so nice to come home from a vacation and not have to clean up dirty cat dishes. I cannot rave enough about her and I'm so thankful for her help while I was away. So thankful my cats trusted her enough. I just came home yesterday and the cats are so relaxed which means it was not a traumatizing event for them which is all I can ask for. So thankful for Karinna and this experience!

Cecilia was absolutely wonderful! She took excellent care of Tyrone while I was away and went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. She was attentive, reliable, and communicative throughout my time away, which gave me so much peace of mind. She also made sure he received his insulin as needed, which was especially important to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after him. I highly recommend Cecilia to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, and trustworthy. I will absolutely use her again!

I would highly recommend Kira. My kitty is super shy and is typically very stressed while we are away. Kira knew exactly how to handle the situation and Sammi was not stressed at all. I will definitely be using Kira again.
