From the moment we met, I felt she was in caring and trustworthy hands. I received regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Perlita was comfortable, happy, and being treated with genuine love and patience. We haven’t left our pup in someone else’s home for more than an hour or two without us and Kristen made sure our dog was taken care of! She took Cali for a walk & made sure she got along with her cat well! She sent us updates & s photo which eased my anxiety about leaving her with someone new. We can’t wait to use Kristen again :)

This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous leaving Bella with a stranger. Nes was so kind and reassuring. Loved all of the pictures and updates. Looks like Bella had a blast with Nes and her family. Will book with Nes again!
