We have booked Sarah for the first time to take care of our 14 y/o cat while we were in Europe and she was great! Our cat is shy and does not get along with strangers quickly so we worry about people watching her, but Sarah is a pro and seemed to get a long with her great (and respected her personality). Our cat takes two kinds of liquid medicine and Sarah was able to administer them without any problems. She was always on time and sent multiple pictures and detailed reports on how the visit went which we really appreciated. She always responded quickly and communicates great. We are happy to have met her because now we when we go away, we won't have to worry about who will be checking on our fluffy baby.
