Shawn took great care of my cat Max who is diabetic for the whole week. Shawn did a wonderful job with Max; arrived as scheduled, followed instructions accordingly and provided much love and attention to Max since I was not here to give him what he needed. Shawn even took it upon himself to vacuum on his last day; very unexpected and amazing that he would think to do this! I am totally impressed by Shawn. Thank you Shawn! Sarah was great! This was our first time using Rover and we had an amazing experience. Sarah took such great care of our two cats during a week long vacation.
