Emma is lovely! She is gentle and kind to our kitty, she is prompt, keeps track of details, and goes above and beyond to make sure our kitty gets the attention and playtime he needs during her visits!

Kristin communicates really well and is willing to take on the challenges as needed! We have a teething puppy and a very nervous rescue, and Kristin is down for the adventure! She is super positive, and I love that her personal experiences with her own dogs at Tails-U-Win align with our training style.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Sarah. She went above and beyond to make sure our cat was well cared for while we were abroad. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Madison. My husband and I have used her daily for the past few months. She is reliable, trustworthy, and my pups love her!!! She goes above and beyond to take care of my Fur babies one of them had a little cut from the weekend and she took it upon herself to clean it and put some ointment on him without us asking. She has even brought in my packages. I highly recommend her and plan to continue to use her for future walks and stays!! She's a hidden gem here on Rover!!!!
