Great experience. First time using Rover. Mariah was super friendly. We met prior to my trip and she was great with Ivy my cat. Ivy took right too her. I was very happy with the process. I’d definitely book her again.

Communicated well, confirming the dates and times. Timely arrivals as well.

Madison did an excellent job taking care of my cat. She made sure everything was taken care of and kept me updated with photos and spent some time with her - really putting my mind at ease. She communicated clearly and thoroughly about scheduling and did everything that was asked.

Amber was very professional and communicative. I really appreciated her daily updates about my cat. Additionally, Amber was extremely personable. I highly recommend.

I'm so happy I found Samantha to help out with my kitty, Charlie, who requires two insulin shots a day for her diabetes. It was my first time going out of state since my cat's diagnosis, but Samantha's thorough communication at every visit helped assure me that my cat was in good hands. She followed the instructions for our cat perfectly which I also really appreciate. We look forward to using her again in the future.

Ashely was wonderful! Took great care of my two cats. Sent cute pics of meal time and getting scritches. Would highly recommend her and will definitely be reaching out to her again when I travel.

This was my first time ever using Rover. Usually I go with family but I couldn't do it this time. Karinna and I did a meet and greet before my trip where I introduced her to my cats and gave her the rundown of what they would need. She was super friendly and very understanding. Once the trip came, she did everything she was expected and then some! I got daily updates and pictures and my antisocial little kitties even warmed up to her which made me so happy. She even unexpectedly cleaned up the cat dishes I had left for them which is so nice to come home from a vacation and not have to clean up dirty cat dishes. I cannot rave enough about her and I'm so thankful for her help while I was away. So thankful my cats trusted her enough. I just came home yesterday and the cats are so relaxed which means it was not a traumatizing event for them which is all I can ask for. So thankful for Karinna and this experience!

Nicole was extremely reliable and professional and I will definitely reach out to her again next time I need cat sitter. My elderly cat is sweet, but also a bit moody at times, and Nicole did an amazing job at helping my cat naturally come out of her shell and feel safe. The photo updates Nicole sent were also great and really set my mind at ease.

Again, Katie did a fabulous job with my fur babies. My very skittish boy made an appearance 2 consecutive days without running by like the flash. Thanks again Katie. Looking forward to the next time.

Kala once again did an amazing job taking care of my two cats. She communicates well and went above and beyond for them.

Shannon has taken care of my cat twice and will be watching her again this coming August. I highly recommend Shannon-she’s reliable, friendly, trustworthy and just awesome to work with. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Shannon!!
