First time user with this service due to a last minute cancellation by my regular drop in sitter. My cat is older and not a fan of change but came out to meet Kim during out initial meet and greet. Felt very comfortable leaving him in her care and he has a new friend. Would highly recommend Kim if you are considering this service.
