Laura has a real knack for caring for animals. She has card for my two cats exceptionally well. She understands how to encourage finicky cats to eat. I trust her implicitly for the care of my cats who both hav serious medical conditions.

I felt very comfortable about leaving my kitties in Nikki's care after meeting her at our meet and greet. She impressed me as being serious about giving pets her best care. There are people who are good with animals, and there are people who are just simply good people. Michelle is both. First, she was EXCELLENT with our little buddy, Decker, who has been struggling with separation anxiety since our daughter moved out in June. From the moment that Michelle arrived, she immediately bonded with Decker, which was GREAT to see. She also maintained communication with us throughout her visit, sending us cute texts and photos. Michelle was also patient and kind when helping us to navigate the "Rover universe." She is a gem!
