Dog Boarding in Killingworth

Evie, my German shepherd, just finished a nine-night boarding at Laura's and loved it. At home she only has an old grumpy cat that want's nothing to do with her but at Laura's there's other dogs and friendly cats to play and cuddle with. No worries boarding your dog at Laura's.

Julius took great care of my Australia Cattle Dog. My dog isn't the friendliest and Julius handled her perfectly and she loved romping with Julius's dog, too. Also, Julius was very flexible with out crazy schedule.

Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to Margaret. I loved her vibe from the moment I met her and her dog, Mojo. Margaret is truly a professional, and after just a 15-minute meet-and-greet, I felt completely comfortable leaving our 7½-year-old Boxer, Bella, in her care. I had absolutely no doubt that Bella would be in the best of hands. It was immediately clear how knowledgeable and experienced Margaret is with dogs. As a retired firefighter and K-9 trainer, she brings a unique combination of compassion, discipline, experience, and calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. The way Mojo responds to her commands is incredibly impressive, and Bella took an instant liking to both of them—she was leaning on Margaret for pets within minutes! You can truly tell that Margaret loves, understands, and knows dogs. Margaret took such wonderful care of Bella. She was attentive, caring, and kept me updated throughout her stay with regular photos. Bella had plenty of time to run and play freely with Mojo in Margaret’s fenced-in yard, and they also enjoyed leashed walks together. I would 💯 recommend Margaret to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog. I’m so grateful we found her and hope Bella gets to stay with Margaret and Mojo again! 🐾❤️

We booked Laura at the last minute and I was a bit nervous as our 7-month old puppy hadn't stayed with many people besides us and wouldn't have the chance to meet the family in advance. Laura and her family treated our puppy like a queen! She had walks, plenty of play time, and Laura provided me with many updates. I'd book with Laura again without hesitation.

Catie and her husband, Mike, were wonderful to board with. They seem very knowledgeable and experienced with dogs. My dog is a little nervous around strangers but it appeared she settled in very quickly. She also enjoyed playing with their cute dog, Ginger

They took great care of Ozzie! Pictures were sent regularly and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend using Annie to anyone!

Mariana took such loving care of our dog. He clearly had a great time with his new friends. He soaked up a ton of affection, too. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such a safe, loving home and we will absolutely board him there again!

We did a trial overnight with Jayme. She is friendly and a prompt communicator. Diesel seemed to settle right in at her home and he loved having a yard. We feel comfortable leaving him with Jayme for a longer stay in a few weeks!

We had a wonderful experience with Mari! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared so much about our dog, Bomi. She offered to send photos every few hours or as one batch at the end of the day. We received regular updates and plenty of photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Her roommate’s older dog was also a calm, gentle friend for our shy girl. Bomi came home happy and clearly well cared for. We would 100% book with Mari again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive sitter!

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She cared for my two Havapoos, Luna and Sol, for 5 nights and treated them like part of her own family. I left detailed instructions and she followed them to a T. This was my first time ever leaving my 1.5‑year‑olds with anyone, and she put my mind completely at ease. Elizabeth has incredible patience and a genuine love for pets. She sent me pictures and videos at least twice a day, which meant so much. When we picked them up, she even gave them a little “report card” and toys to bring home! Luna and Sol absolutely adore her, and so do we. I highly recommend Elizabeth—you can tell she truly loves what she does!

Will took Care of my Coco as his own. Coco was at home with him and his dog. I had updates from him which alleviate our worries. We will have him sit again on our next vacation.

Melissa and Nate are amazing! We have a very energetic dog who craves attention and loves his exercise. They took him for hikes, entertained him with throwing sticks and balls, introduced him to all kinds of new toys, and got in plenty of snuggle time. Based on the pictures we saw throughout the week, he felt right at home! We’d highly recommend Melissa and Nate - they’re truly the best.

Nadine and Daniel were such an amazing family! We left our 3 month old puppy with them and felt so comfortable knowing he was in good hands! Received lots of updates/photos and will definitely be re-booking!

Karina and Teresa took excellent care of my elderly dog. I was nervous to leave her with a new sitter, but their regular updates and photos made me feel at ease.

They are lovely people with a great yard. Amanda took the time to do a meet and greet before we booked and made sure our dogs were comfortable with her and her family. She communicated with us promptly and sent photos during the dogs stay. We have two very particular dogs and Amanda took the time to get to know them and ask lots of questions to make sure they were well cared for. Would gladly book with her again! Many thanks!

Anita and her family were very kind. I had to leave my cat with them due to a housing issue for a night. They were very accommodating. My cat was scared and stayed under the bed. They were very good with sending me pics. I highly recommend Anita. She understood my concerns and listen to me.
