Dog Boarding in Ledyard

It was our first time leaving Lily with a stranger and we were feeling a bit anxious. But after just a few minutes of dropping her off, we received videos and photos from Elizabeth and we could tell our girl was having a blast playing with Elizabeth’s 2 goldens. We immediately felt at peace knowing that she’s in good hands and that she’s also having a fun time. Elizabeth and her family took good care of our girl and would highly recommend her!

elisa was amazing! from the moment i contacted her, she was lightening speed responsive. when we pulled up to her house, she and her husband greeted us so kindly. she showed us where the dogs would be staying and her house was immaculately clean. she sent photos while they were with her & it was clear they had a.blast. she's lovely, highly recommend!

Brittany is the best! My pup comes home happy every time. Great communication and she really takes care of your pet like it’s her own. Perfect for high energy pups too. Highly recommend, she is number one!

Laura was very professional, timely and great overall for the care of our family pet. I got updates everyday that I requested per the app. The experience was relaxing and since it was Shadows first time and things went amazing, this was a great relief. if and when we need to do this again, we know she’ll be in good hands.

Eva was so wonderful with my baby Bruno! I was very nervous at first as he can be feisty with new folks, but he warmed up to Eva instantly and was so gentle. Eva sent me constant updates and I could tell Bruno was very well cared for when I picked him up. Eva was very thorough in wanting to know any special instructions that needed to be followed for Bruno, and I left feeling confident leaving him in her care. Thanks so much again!!

Lourdes did such an amazing job with our boy Romeo! She was very attentive, responsive and overall caring! After a brief meet, we noticed that her dog is very gentle and playful and we knew Romeo was going to enjoy the stay! Romeo found himself a new best friend. Karen and Chris were, without question, the best dog sitters we’ve ever had. We live in Georgia, but from the area and were getting married at Shepherd’s Run just down the street, and leaving our dog, Kota, during such an important week was one of the things I was most anxious about. From the moment we met them, they gave us complete peace of mind so we could fully enjoy every moment of our wedding celebrations. Karen kept us updated every day with adorable photos and thoughtful messages, and she was always quick to respond. It was clear that Kota was genuinely loved and cared for like she was part of their own family. Kota definitely has a second Rhode Island family now! We will absolutely be using Karen and Chris every time we’re back in Rhode Island, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for trustworthy, loving, and truly exceptional pet sitters, and great people, look no further.

Sharon is awesome with my boy, she’s watched him a few times now and every time has been so communicative and understanding that he’s a little nervous and skittish. She provides comfort, and affection to your pup while keeping you informed how they’re doing. I could not recommend her enough for someone who is as nervous as I was leaving my pup with someone else!

Katarina was amazing! She took such great care of my dog and sent me tons of pictures and updates. I could tell when I picked Mia up how comfortable and well taken care of she felt. Will absolutely use her services again!

We used Sarah for a week while we were on vacation. Our puppy was only ten months old and had never been left with anyone before. We are very happy with Sarah. She kept Basil for a day, then for an overnight, then for the full week. Sarah was very accommodating with our drop off and pick up times. Basil came home happy (and tired) from each "adventure". Sarah and her family made Basil feel right at home. We would definitely use Sarah in the future and have passed her name on to others already.
