Dog Boarding in Milford

Jayme was so great with my pup Rusty! She was so easy to communicate with and accommodating to my schedule. Rusty seemed genuinely happy to be with Jayme and her dogs. He even ate which he is normally to anxious to do!

Bruce was fantastic. Very communicative and sent me so many pictures of Shadow while he stayed with him. He was also very flexible. I would definitely come back to him again!

My dog Tobias never had experience staying with anyone outside of my home. I tried dog daycare for him to socialize with other dogs and potentially using that service for 15 days of boarding for my daughter’s upcoming destination wedding. Having Tobias stay in an institutional environment for 15 days that was not a loving home environment was a not ideal solution for Tobias and my family. My daughter who lives in California had excellent experience using Rover for boarding in the boarder’s house and highly recommended this service to accommodate Tobias needs. I was happy to know that Rover services were available in Connecticut! After long research and thorough assessment of customer reviews of potential borders on the Rover application, Anthony’s profile was exceptional, exceeding all of my expectations for the best option for Tobias. Anthony immediately responded to my request for boarding Tobias and scheduled a meet and greet with Tobias for a needed assessment for an appropriate fit for boarding. Anthony’s background as a Veterinarian Technician was a great asset to us as evidence of his exceptional knowledge of dogs and caring for animals. My husband and I were immediately impressed by Anthony’s secure home and loving environment. Tobias immediately acclimated to Anthony and his home environment. Gratefully my family never had one moment of missing Tobias over the 15 days due to Anthony continuously sending us pictures and videos of Tobias. He was so happy and extremely well taken care for in Anthony’s home which gave us a sense of peace and comfort. Anthony and his fiancée, -are top notch in my opinion. I am going to definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best care for their dog. Best regards, Leslie Prescott

Many would agree that our pets are like our babies and having to leave them in someone’s hands is not always an easy thing to do. Using Nadine and Daniel to watch our boxer, Harley, was such a positive experience. It’s the first time in seven years that he’s ever been left with someone other than family or friends, so to say I was apprehensive, is an I understatement. However, within moments of meeting Nadine and Daniel in their home, my nerves are calmed. They immediately interacted with Harley. They took out water and toys mere minutes of meeting him. Harley too was so comfortable in their presence. This was obvious by the affection he was giving them. They asked many questions about his likes and routines in order to keep the transition as seamless as possible. Furthermore, while in their care, they sent pictures of the walks and love he was reviving and we even got updates about how he was doing. This was so reassuring and helpful. What’s more was the extra steps they took to pick up and drop off Harley because of a hiccup our my schedule. Their love of animals and dedication to their care is obvious. I am more than pleased and will continue to rave about their attention to detail. I’m grateful to have met them and would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Karina was great! She was very responsive and sent many pics of Marty! She took great care of Marty and he is looking forward to his next stay! We are lucky to have found her!

Sandy welcomed Luna and treated her with loving care while I was away for work. It was so nice for Luna to have Daisy around to play with and her children as Luna loves being in a family environment! I received photos and updates as well and was happy to know she was in a safe and caring home! Thank you for watching my baby!

This was a first stay for my dog, Mini. We just moved to CT and I was worried about having to board her so soon. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. I received photo updates regularly and felt so comfortable and confident that mini was in good hands. She even got to play with some new friends! Will definitely be booking again.

Elizabeth was great! She took great care of our Chase while we were away. She went above and beyond to make his stay comfortable while he was with her. I would recommend her to any one I know that needs a place for their pet to stay!

My 2 chihuahuas stayed with Gymnne and her family and they had the best time. We got a bunch of pictures and updates on how my puppies were doing and I felt completely at ease knowing they were having such a wonderful time!!!

This was our second time using Brianna and have no complaints. She sends pictures and keeps us posted. And was flexible with pickup which was very appreciated!!

Amazing! I felt so comfortable with Lacy the moment I met her. She took such good care of my girl and sent updates throughout our trip. We definitely recommend Lacy to watch your pup!

Jieun was so responsive, sent daily updates and photos, and clearly has a genuine love for my dog. They knew my dog had a lot of energy and they took my dog out every day and my dog came home happy and relaxed. I highly recommend her to every one and I definitely believe they can take good care of your pets. I will definitely book them again.

This was the first time I’ve had to board Charlie and it couldn’t have been a better experience! I was nervous given his advanced age and need for medications but Laura and team were amazing.

Katie was wonderful as always! This is our second time having her take care of Bugsy while we were away, but this is the longest trip we’ve done with her. Katie let me know how she was doing when I asked, but I really didn’t need to constantly because I knew Bugsy was having a great time. She was happy and comfortable when I went to pick her up and seemed like she had a great time! Bugsy is an older dog with a lot of needs, but Katie always does such a great job caring for her. Bugsy has diapers to prevent a mess as she can be prone to accidents if left alone and I was prepared with plenty of diapers for her stay, but Katie was so attentive to her, she only soiled a singular diaper during an almost two week stay. It is so wonderful to know I could enjoy my trip with the knowledge Bugsy was well taken care of with someone willing to give her such love and attention while I was away!

Jay was great! He sent a picture each day and was flexible on pick up/drop off times. We're so thankful for him for taking care of Judith so well once again. Thanks!

Brit and her family made sure that our dood Scruffy received lots of love and attention during his 6 night stay. Frequent updates with photos and prompt responses to any questions we had put us at ease throughout the trip, knowing that our dood was in good hands. Scruffy came home happy, healthy and having made new friends. Brit will definitely be our first choice when planning our next getaway.

We’ve had such an amazing experience with Gizmo’s caregiver — truly above and beyond in every way. She cared for him like he was her own, and it showed in how happy, calm, and loved he was every time we picked him up. From keeping up with his routine to showering him with affection, she gave us total peace of mind every time he was in her care. If we weren’t moving out of state, we would never switch caregivers. She’s been such a blessing to our family, and we’re so grateful for the love and attention she’s given Gizmo. Highly, highly recommend!

Our dog boarded with Mariana for the first time and everything worked out great! She was attentive to our dog's needs, communicated well with us and sent loads of photos.
