Jieun is great! My first time using rover. Great communication. She made our Carli feel right at home. Took tons of pictures of videos of Carli and Ollie together.. and kept is reassured Carli was in great hands!!!

Yi Jia has been so great with Moxi. We had just moved here and feel really lucky we found her. She always makes sure Moxi is comfortable when we drop her off, and Moxi gets so excited every time she sees her. We can tell she loves hanging out at Yi Jia’s house. She’s also super responsive and sends us updates, which we really appreciate. One time we had a last minute emergency and needed Moxi to stay an extra day, and Yi Jia was so kind and flexible about it. It’s really nice knowing Moxi is happy and in good hands with her.

She was friendly and welcoming for is and our pup. The dog had a comfy time and the whole family was pleasant to deal with

Christina and her family were sweet, accomodating, and very engaged with my puppy. Would gladly have her spend the day with her again. The house is very cute, clean and organized too - so there weren’t any hazards whatsoever :)

He was very good with Clementine and she’s the size of a small horse. Constantly kept updating us on her and sent pictures showing us that she was in excellent hands. We will be using him everytime we go away for anything!

Just needed a place for my pup to stay for the night. Jay was so pleasant and sent me updates throughout his stay. My boyfriend and I have a few trips planned for the year already and will definitely be reaching out to Jay again!

Ivelisse Was amazing. My dog was very well cared for and I was able to take a much-needed break. She was flexible and sent me pictures and updates of my pup during his stay with her.

We did a trial overnight with Jayme. She is friendly and a prompt communicator. Diesel seemed to settle right in at her home and he loved having a yard. We feel comfortable leaving him with Jayme for a longer stay in a few weeks!

I am new to Rover and have a un- neutered malamute/siberian husky, German Shepard mix male 8 month old puppy and I am so pleased with the way Stephanie cared for my pup and kept me up to date with how he was doing. She was so kind and thoughtful and did everything I asked which included taking him to a specific dog park twice a day, feeding him the meals I prepared and enforcing training with the e-collar I purchased for my pup. My dog was so happy being in her care. She also brushed his teeth daily and brushed his coat as I requested, which was so nice since I know it’s not an easy task. Even while I was in New York, enjoying a weekend of partying with friends, she still provided me updates throughout the day and night showing me what he was eating, what he was doing when he was sleeping, going to the dog park or playing around the house - despite me not responding for a whole day. I think that was one of the best things she did to put my mind at ease because when I woke up the following day, I was able to see all the updates that she had been sending me the previous day, so there was never a lack of communication on her end. She sent me pictures of all the meals she prepared for him so I could see that she prepared them the way that I had requested, and that made me so happy. I really cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. Her dog Kayden is so sweet and loving as well, so I never felt worried about leaving my dog with her and Kayden. Thank you Stephanie! ❤️

Nadine and family were great with watching Roscoe for a week. They are loving, responsive and sent pictures and updates every day. This was our second time booking them and we will do so again!

My Marmee came back so happy from Valeria’s house. We got so many pictures of Marmee sunbathing in their fenced in backyard and never worried once while we were away. 100% recommend!

I am so happy that I found Sheila to look after Nanjie. Sheila updated me daily with notes and photos of her during the day. I was worried leaving her anywhere because she is elderly and set in her ways. Sheila has experience with elderly dogs and set me at ease. Her house has a huge back yard and Nanjie enjoyed it. I will definitely have Sheila look after Nanjie in the future.

Diva’s favorite doggy sitter is Hazard! She always enjoys her time when Mom and Dad have to go out of town for a day or two. Thanks again for taking care of our baby girl

I'm almost a little jealous how much Eebee and Augie love Laura, Carolina, and Enrique. They start jumping up and down in the car when they get there! Amazing family that we're super grateful for how they care for our pups

Kathryn was fantastic! She took care of my 3 month old puppy and he had the best time. She sent me daily pictures of him playing and napping and really set my mind at ease. She has a great yard and really cares about dogs. Thank you so much Kathryn!

Madalys did a great job taking care of my dog! She shared pictures and updates regularly, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My dog looked happy and well cared for the entire time. I would definitely trust her again!

Bruce was fantastic. Very communicative and sent me so many pictures of Shadow while he stayed with him. He was also very flexible. I would definitely come back to him again!

So kind and easy to work with! Our German shephard requires a lot of patience which Robin has so much of and is so kind and caring toward animals!
