Nicole was so great with our cat Pepper! She sent so many photos updates and was super communicative throughout the time watching her. Would highly recommend!

Shawn is awesome. He came for a meet and greet and our two cats were comfortable with him right away. Our boys have a special diet & one needs insulin and Shawn handled all of it with no issues - he even made his visits earlier than requested to keep the boys on their schedule. He’s very communicative and gives detailed notes on the visits - and lots of pictures. It was all very reassuring and our boys were happy and relaxed upon our return.
