She was honestly amazing with our two cats. They both have very specific personalities and aren’t always the easiest, and she took the time to really understand them. You could tell she was paying attention to what each of them needed instead of just going through the motions. It genuinely felt like they weren’t just being “watched,” they were spending time with someone who cared about them. That meant a lot to us while we were away.

And home to happy cats. Alex did all I asked of her including giving medications. Reassured me the cats were doing fine with daily photos. Would definitely use her again.

Madelyn took a great care of our cat while we were away for 10 days. It was a first time I had to leave the cat in someone else's care, and Madelyn alleviated my worries right away by coming for an introductory visit, sending pictures, and promptly responding to messages. She even helped with mail and watering houseplants.

I'm really glad I booked with Cameron for a few reasons: 1) All the correspondence and pics were forthcoming to ensure a worrier like me that all the care was there. 2) I know the cats were treated really well because even the super shy one came out of his shell by the end of the booking and it was like I was never gone when I returned - no frazzled faces or wide-eyed wonkiness. 3) The place looks exactly as I left it before I went on the trip, there were NO surprises whatsoever. I will definitely be looking to rebook with Cameron in the future for house sittings/cat care, and if you want drama-free, genuine attention, so should you!

Joseph is great! This was our first time using Rover. Our cat Walter loved him! Joseph was always on time and sent us photos and updates promptly! Highly recommend

Jessica is very responsive. We had her visit with our shy cat for 1 hour a day, for 14 days while we were in japan. Despite the significant time difference, we were able to communicate effectively when anything came up. She gave daily update and pics. The house was clean when we returned home. Jessica followed all instructions left for her. Jessica provided very important food monitoring (our cat gets very depressed when we are away, and sometimes stops eating, or even pukes it up sometimes). We really appreciate her efforts and attention to detail, it was well worth the cost for the 14 day 1 hour visits for our peace of mind. Much better experience working with Jessica through Rover than any other pet sitting service we have used in the past. She even brought in our mail for us. We hope to work with her again in the future.

Jen has been fantastic! She was really fast to respond, provided great documentation of her work, and clearly knows her stuff. Would 100% recommend!

Karina did a great job taking care of my cat and communicating with me. I would definitely like her helping us again when we need to travel.

We rebooked and Heather did a wonderful job looking after a very Mischievous cat and his brother. Her communication is great and I feel confident knowing she is caring for our cats.

Very attentive to Fred. Took pictures and asked many questions to make sure she was taking the best care of him. We used her service 3 times. Definitely would recommend.
