She made me feel comfortable immediately when she came to meet my cat Aggie for the first time, and made observations/asked questions that let me know she would take very good care of Aggie while I was away. Lauren is communicative, sent lots of photos, was consistent, and I came home to a very calm and happy cat (Aggie has some anxious attachment issues and Lauren made sure that she was 100% comfortable during her entire stay). I already have Lauren booked for a second set of overnight dates and will absolutely continue to hire her! Thank you Lauren for taking such great care of Aggie and my house!
