I have two scaredy cats and was away for 9 days! Brittney was fantastic and patiently sat and waited for them to come out. They eventually warmed up to her and came out and played! There was also a mishap in the beginning - my fault, I gave her the wrong keys. We figured it out and she came back again to visit them, which was very much appreciated!

Elysse was so patient with my little nervous dog Lilly who has a hard time adjusting to me being away. She communicated well with me. I also messed up our meet and greet appointment and she was so understanding and rescheduled.
