Michael is patient and beyond incredible! My pup is a bit grumpy but Michael took the time to earn his trust and didn’t give up on him. He took meticulous care of him and even introduced different methods to ensure he ate his food. Michael’s incredible care allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my vacation knowing my pup was well cared for and in good hands.

Julie was great! She took wonderful care of my cat and completely won him over (which is tough to do). I would definitely recommend her to other pet parents looking for a reliable sitter.

As any cat parent knows, cats can be a little shy and often prefer hiding under the bed — Cookie is no exception. But Stephanie took the time, patience, and genuine effort to make Cookie feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness truly made a difference. Even though she was filling in for another sitter and everything was coordinated over the phone and through the app, Stephanie was consistently prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond her responsibilities — not only did she take wonderful care of Cookie, but she also watered our small houseplants and kitchen garden. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to us. We sincerely appreciate all her help, her kindness, and her professionalism. Deborah was AMAZING! Professional, sweet and super friendly. She stopped by to meet me and my dogs and instantly showed great affection towards my dogs. I knew they were going to be in great hands. I had zero issues with Deborah. She was reliable and punctual and provided updates with pictures of the dogs at each visit. I would definitely book Deborah again. I feel safe when my dog are in her care.

We just met Lacy a week or so ago and have found her to be extremely comfortable and responsible with my 18 year old diabetic cat. Lacy did not know how to do an injection but was more than willing to come over at my convenience to learn and bond with my frail timid cat, Winnie. We both felt very comfortable and secure leaving our “baby” in her hands. We receive daily reports that left is at ease! I love the photos of my Winnie and would highly recommend Lacy for anyone’s fur babies and now she can do medical injections so that’s a huge plus! Will be using her again and introducing her next to our two German shepherds! Thanks Lacy!
