What a relief to be away and know that Karinna is giving our fur baby the best of care. We are repeat customers and appreciate Karinna so much!!

Rachel was so kind to drop in on our kitties with short notice. She is very organized, and asked questions to ensure she checked all the boxes needed for our girls. She remembered their feeding system and Lily’s favorite toy. She is a great communicator and shared pictures of our kitties. Thank you Rachel!

Heather was a perfect match for our pup. The smiling photo told us all we needed to know! We will definitely work with Heather again and recommend her to others.

Josh immediately bonded with Skipper and manages to get him out the door without any struggles. Thank you for being so efficient, but caring of Skipper.

Kristin communicates really well and is willing to take on the challenges as needed! We have a teething puppy and a very nervous rescue, and Kristin is down for the adventure! She is super positive, and I love that her personal experiences with her own dogs at Tails-U-Win align with our training style.

Always fantastic to have Megan checking in on our little felines while we’re away. Extraordinarily consistent with providing updates, taking pictures of both cats, and dealing with an occasional “oops I ate too fast” incident. Importantly, she reported this to us during her last set of visits, and you never know when a one-time hurl can become a health concern, so having a sitter who’s diligent about keeping track of things like this is very important. Can’t recommend Megan enough!

Rebecca did a very good job house sitting our very anxious and sometimes difficult and stubborn dog. She communicates well and provides lots of photo and video updates.

Always great to my dog Nash. He is super high energy and can be a handful at times but Valerie always knows how to handle him. Nash loves her and if you’re looking for a great, trustworthy sitter, definitely book with Valerie!
