Karinna was wonderful. She was fast and responsive and easy to communicate throughout. She immediately loved my pooch and understood his personality. She provided detailed updates of each walk and showed great insight into canine psychology. Madison has been amazing with my two mini shih tzus! I know they look forward to their walks with her. She's incredibly response to any requests, and I feel totally comfortable having her take care of them when I can't be there.
